Do you offer special promotions?

Yes, we have monthly rate specials, as well as other specials periodically.

Is there a lock provided?

Yes, the lock is provided on your unit. It is a high-quality weather resistant lock. There is a $10.00 deposit for the lock and key, and that deposit is refunded when you are finished renting your unit and return your key.

What kind of security system do you have?

We offer a state of the art security system. The facility is gated and fenced with electronic key pad access. Each customer has their own specific code. We monitor and track all entrances and exits. We are onsite during business hours and site is monitored by cameras during and after hours.

Do you provide snow removal?

Yes, we provide all snow removal daily and on weekends. Additionally, all units have gutters to minimize falling snow from roofs.

What kind of door is on the unit and what is the size of the door?

The doors are roll up doors, similar to a garage door with heights of 8 ft.

Do you have boat/car storage?

Yes, we have units that will accommodate vehicles and we also provide indoor heated storage for boats, campers, motorhomes etc. the prices are based on the linear ft. of your vehicle.

Does the facility have certain access ours?

No, the gate can be accessed anytime day or night.

What are your payment terms?

We accept cash or check for payments each month. We do not accept credit cards at this time, but may in the near future.
